Tucci Warranty Policy

Tucci products are covered by limited warranty terms based on product type and purchase date. Warranty eligibility is determined after review.

Wood Bat Warranty Coverage

• TUCCI X9 Pro Select Limited wood bats have a sixty (60) day warranty from the date of purchase.
• TUCCI Pro Select Limited series wood bats have a sixty (60) day warranty from the date of purchase.
• No other wood bat models carry a warranty.

Other TUCCI Product Warranty Coverage

All other TUCCI products have a warranty of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Review and Inspection

Warranty claims are reviewed based on the product type, purchase date, and information provided with the claim. Proof of purchase or evidence of the purchase date may be required.

If a wood bat is cracked or believed to be defective, the bat must be sent in for inspection unless otherwise specified by the team in special cases. Warranty eligibility cannot be confirmed until the product has been reviewed.

To help the team review your claim, please include clear photos of the issue, the product model if known, a brief description of what happened, and proof of purchase if available.
