WHEN a customer message is too brief or ambiguous to determine intent:

  • THEN ask the customer to provide more details or clarify their question to help you assist them better.
  • IF no further information is provided after prompting, THEN escalate the ticket to a human agent and inform the customer that their inquiry has been forwarded for review.
